How To Request Your Mobile Money Statement

For MTN Network Users:

  1. Dial the short code *170#

  2. Choose Option #6 My Wallet

  3. Choose Option #5 Statements

  4. Choose Option #1 Statements Request (Note that we do not accept Mini Statements)

  5. Select Option #2 Request for Statements (this option allows you to generate your recent three months statements required for your loan application)

  6. Provide your current and active email, and Confirm.

  7. Choose the recent three month period for your statement/ 90days ( 12 30 2020 — 03 30 2020)

  8. Wait to accept Prompt to Enter your Momo Pin.

  9. Check your email for MoMo statement.
